From initial design interpretation and material sourcing to prototyping, refinement, and final approval, each step is handled by our experienced team with precision and care to ensure the highest quality standards. This structured process not only accelerates lead times but also ensures consistency and excellence across all product lines.
Step 1. DESIGN ANALYSIS
Based on the designer's design sketch from Adobe Illustrator, and the Material and Operation reference from the Technical Package, our sample room begins by thoroughly analyzing the design concept, reviewing technical specifications, and aligning with the brand's creative vision. This ensures a clear understanding of the design intent before moving forward.
Step 2. SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Our skilled sample team transforms ideas into tangible prototypes, carefully selecting materials and executing each step with precision to reflect both design and function.
Step 3. SAMPLE CONFIRMATION
Each prototype undergoes rigorous inspection and refinement based on client feedback to ensure it meets all quality, aesthetic, and construction standards before approval.
Step 4. SAMPLE COMMUNICATION
We provide transparent and timely communication with detailed sample reports, updates, and technical insights to facilitate decision-making and streamline the production handover. Leveraging PK's PLM and OPS ERP systems, we share real-time 360-degree studio imagery and sample data, enabling seamless collaboration and faster execution across our global production network.
