QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

KAIS rigorously manages quality based on a standardized system to ensure consistency. Our dedicated QC and QA teams strictly oversee every stage from raw materials to finished products. Providing the highest quality products to our global partners is our unwavering commitment.commitment.

FABRIC & LEATHER INCOMING INSPECTION
All fabric and leather materials undergo sampling inspection in accordance with established AQL standards or specific customer requirements. This process includes a comprehensive evaluation of appearance, functionality, packaging, labeling, and barcode accuracy. Non-conforming materials are immediately rejected, segregated, and subject to full re-inspection or corrective action protocols.
ACCESSORIES INCOMING INSPECTION
Accessories such as zippers, threads, labels, webbings, and buttons are inspected for specifications and quality upon arrival. Color, size, functionality, and print quality are sampled and tested based on detailed standards. Any substandard accessories are blocked at the IQC stage to prevent use in production.
CUTTING PANEL INSPECTION
Cut panels are randomly sampled to check cutting accuracy, pattern direction, silhouette, and edge cleanliness. Any panel errors can lead to appearance defects after assembly, making this a critical error-prevention stage. If necessary, part of the production lot may be switched to 100% inspection to prevent defect spread.
FIRST PRODUCT REVIEW
Before mass production, the first-produced piece (First Piece) is thoroughly reviewed against the spec sheet for appearance, measurements, stitching quality, and accessory placement. If any issues are found, production is stopped, and corrections are applied immediately.
PRE-PRODUCTION MEETING (PPM)
Prior to production, the QC/QA team, production team, line managers, and relevant departments hold a PPM to review quality standards, work instructions, critical points, and customer requirements. This process ensures that operators fully understand the requirements and minimizes early-stage errors.
IN-LINE INSPECTION
Conduct in-line inspections in the morning and afternoon to verify if issues found during the Top Bulk Quality Meeting have been resolved.
ENDLINE INSPECTION
At the end of the production line, completed products undergo another inspection. Appearance, measurements, accessory attachment, and packaging are checked to ensure mass production standards are met. Results are reflected in the line's quality evaluation for continuous improvement.
FINAL INSPECTION
Before shipment, products are sampled according to AQL standards or customer requirements for a final quality check. This includes a comprehensive review of appearance, functionality, packaging, labels, and barcode accuracy. Non-conforming products are excluded from shipment, and full re-inspection or repair processes are initiated immediately.
